Reece Edmonds 

I’m Reece and I’ve been a personal trainer for 6 years. Working predominantly 1-1 in a private studio I have coached a huge range of clients, from fat loss, improved fitness, muscle gain as well as more specific goals such as marathon training and injury prevention.

Gone are the days of the army drill sergeant style of coach.  I pride myself on my ability to understand a client’s goals and help people get results in the simplest and easiest way possible, without it consuming their entire lives or screaming in their face for an hour each week.

I keep my sessions fun, low pressure but with the intention of reaching set goals to get you exactly where you want to be.

Helping you with personalised workouts, nutrition guidance and results tracking to keep you on the right path. Reece will be with you every step of the way, and on hand to answer any questions you’ve got, in and out of the gym.

Strength

Strength is a very important goal for lots of us. It’s a key part in feeling fitter and healthier, as well as looking great. A personal trainer can help you gain strength through a programme of tailored workouts which you can easily follow along with using an app, which as a client, you’ll have exclusive access to. Track your workouts, and watch yourself get stronger and fitter!

 Cardio

Improvements in fitness doesn’t mean you’ll have to spend hours running. Reece can create a range of fun and engaging workouts that can help you get to where you want to be. By working with you to set specific goals, whether you’re aiming for a 5k or a marathon, we will work together to make sure you smash your targets and you’ll be feeling fitter in no time!
